Steve completed several sizable projects for me this year, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve worked with a few electricians over the years, but Steve’s work truly stands out. He was thoughtful in designing the lighting and outlet layout for my kitchen, and worked hard to keep everything on schedule. I now have four zones of overhead lighting, plus dedicated lights over the sink and bay window. The under-mount lights are perfect—and even have dimmers! Steve involved me in the decision-making process, asking for my input on light settings and making sure an old outlet was moved to a more accessible spot (no longer hidden behind a door). When remodeling a kitchen, it’s easy to get distracted by pretty cabinets and gorgeous granite—but don’t underestimate the importance of great lighting. It’s the backbone of a functional space. Steve also cleaned up years of mismatched work from previous electricians. He’s meticulous—he even uses a label maker! On top of that, he’s responsive, respectful, and clearly knows his craft.
